What the monthly share does not include
The published share is the monthly gift. On top of that, members pay an Initial Unshareable Amount of $300, $500, or $1,000 per incident, and can add CHM Plus at $42 per unit per month if they want the $125,000 per-illness cap lifted. Prescriptions, telehealth, mental health, dental, and vision are not shared — those sit outside the monthly price.
A strict Christian faith and regular church attendance are required at every level. That rule is part of the cost of entry even though it is not a dollar figure.
