How We Make Money

WhichHealthShare.com earns referral commissions when you click through to a plan and enroll. Our rankings and reviews are never influenced by these commissions — plans are ranked on coverage, pricing, and member satisfaction.

Our Revenue Model

We earn referral commissions when you click a “Visit Plan” link and enroll — at no extra cost to you. That’s it. Everything on this site is 100% free: reviews, comparisons, the plan advisor, and all of our interactive tools (cost estimator, savings estimator, scenario calculator with coverage badges, and side-by-side plan comparison).

Commissions help keep everything free. They never influence our rankings.

What We Promise

  • Commissions never influence rankings: Plans are ranked on coverage, pricing, member count, and track record — not on who pays us more.
  • No sponsored placements: Plans cannot pay to appear higher in our comparison tables, quiz results, or “top pick” sections.
  • Same review criteria for everyone: Every health sharing plan gets evaluated on identical criteria, regardless of whether they have an affiliate relationship with us.
  • Commissions disclosed at no cost to you: Affiliate links are tracked referral links. You pay the same price whether you go through our link or visit a plan directly.

Plans That Pay Us Nothing

Not every plan on this site pays us. We have no affiliate relationship with CHM (Christian Healthcare Ministries) or Samaritan Ministries. We earn nothing when you choose either one, and we feature, review, and rank them anyway. When one of them is the best fit for your household, that is exactly what we will tell you.

We may earn commissions from other plan links on this site, and those commissions never change where any plan ranks. Recommendations are based on fit, not payout.

Affiliate Links

“Visit Plan” buttons on review pages are tracked referral links. Clicking them tells the health sharing organization you came from WhichHealthShare, which is how we earn a commission if you enroll. This does not affect the price you pay. You can always visit a plan's website directly by typing their URL if you prefer.
