Medi-Share fits Christian families who want the largest sharing community and a First Health PPO card. The monthly share varies by Annual Household Portion (AHP $3,000, $6,000, $9,000, or $12,000), date of birth, marital status, state, and household size. A Christian statement of faith is required. Sharing is limited to $50,000 the first month of membership. The catch: pre-existing conditions are not shared for the first 36 months, then phase in with annual caps.

Medi-Share Complete uses an Annual Household Portion, similar to a deductible. Medi-Share does not price sharing by events or tiers. After the AHP is met, eligible bills may be shared. The monthly share depends on the AHP, date of birth, marital status, state, and household size.

Program Features list a $50 provider fee for office and hospital visits and a $500 provider fee for the emergency room. Medi-Share 65+ is a separate program with a $500 AHP.
