What Telehealth Does Not Decide
A virtual visit may help with some symptoms or medication questions, but a clinician may still recommend an in-person visit. It does not change the IUA, the pre-existing wait, or the fact that sharing is voluntary. Does CHM cover telehealth?
CHM offers primary and urgent care virtual visits through its HealthTap-powered Virtual Care Solution. This membership service is distinct from sharing a medical bill. CHM also says incident-related prescriptions may be eligible for sharing for the first 90 days of treatment, subject to its guidelines. This page does not enroll CHM.
Is a telehealth visit the same as a shared office visit?
