Base CHM membership without Plus is $115–$299/mo individual. CHM is not HSA-compatible. This page does not enroll CHM. Why the rider exists
Base CHM is the cheapest Christian-statement ministry on this site ($115–$299/mo individual). The tradeoff on the same file is the $125,000 per-illness sharing cap. Plus is how CHM sells a higher cap without changing the base membership. We are not inventing a third price.
